I am very serious about my work
but do believe that training,
like life, should be enjoyable. My
understanding of the importance
of good posture to the correct
functioning of the body coupled
with my desire for ongoing education
led me to CHEK training. The
holistic CHEK approach enables
me to fully assess my clients
and therefore provide them with
a workable programme which will
yield results.

have
several
years
experience
of group exercise classes for
all ages and abilities in Aerobics,
Body Conditioning and Pilates
and am now able to expand into
Corrective Exercise and Personal
Training. I am patient
and caring in my approach with
an ability to empathise with
others so enabling me to help
clients achieve their goals.
